The courier delivers the product to your door. We desire to deliver within 7 days, however we are not sure how international shipment will be so we are not sure about this. As soon as we have more experience with this, we will let you know. We send your package with a track and trace link from DHL so you can follow your Tesmi.

Exchange & Returns
Would you like to return your Tesmi?
You may return your unopened and undamaged Tesmi within 14 days of the purchase date. Return the Tesmi in its original packaging. However, the cost of returning is your own. The purchase amount will be refunded to the same account with which it was paid.
