Has the Tesmi arrived damaged or soiled?
Then contact us right away. We will make sure that a new one is sent as soon as possible or that you get your money back.

Look for the best-before date on the sticker at the bottom of your Tesmi. If you have complaints while using the Tesmi before its expiry date, please contact us as soon as possible and we will look for a solution together.

Do you have a complaint?
Contact us within 8 days after purchase date, we would like to find a solution for you. We will contact you within 5 days, then we will look for a suitable solution together. We are always working to improve our services. Your feedback is therefore very valuable.
