Potato gratin

Ingredients:
1.2 kilo potato slices
250 ml cooking cream
1 to 2 tablespoons tesmi
Nutmeg
200 grams of grated cheese

Preparation method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grease an oven dish well with Tesmi. Spread a layer of potato slices over the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle a little cheese over it and add some cooking cream. Then place two layers of potato slices on top. Sprinkle some cheese again and pour a little cooking cream over it.
To taste, you can also add some nutmeg every now and then. Repeat these steps until the baking dish is full. Pour the remaining cooking cream over it and make sure the top is completely covered with cheese.
Bake in the oven for 50 to 55 minutes. Let it cool for another 5 minutes and enjoy!
