Cauliflower sautéed in Tesmi

1 Cauliflower
1 or 2 tablespoons Tesmi

Preparation method
Bring a pan of water to the boil. Cut the cauliflower into small florets. Blanch the cauliflower in the boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove the cauliflower from the pan and then place it in a bowl of cold water.
Place a frying pan on the stove and wait until it is very hot. Melt the Tesmi in it and sauté the cauliflower for 3 minutes. Make sure to stir the cauliflower regularly, so that it absorbs the flavor of the Tesmi everywhere.
You can eat it as it is, or serve it with potatoes, meat, fish or vegetables.
