Bruschetta with Tesmi

For 6 persons

Ingredients:

1 baguette
15 to 20 teaspoons of Tesmi
5 tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic
15 grams of basil
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation method:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees hot air.

Cut the bread into 15 to 20 slices. Melt the Tesmi in a pan. Place a teaspoon of Tesmi on each slice. Spread the bread on the baking paper. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes and let it cool slightly.

Finely chop the tomatoes, garlic, and basil. Add a drizzle of olive oil to a saucepan and sauté the garlic for about 2 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and basil, along with salt and pepper. Once the tomatoes soften, let them cool slightly and transfer to a bowl.

Once everything has cooled, serve the tomatoes on the bread on a nice platter. The Tesmi on the bruschetta adds a whole new flavor experience. Delicious with drinks or as an appetizer.
