Caesar Salad with Tesmi Croutons

Ingredients:

1 half baguette or 3 to 4 slices of bread
2 tablespoons Tesmi
Provincial herbs
Salt and pepper
Half a head of iceberg lettuce
3 tomatoes
half a cucumber
3 eggs
100 grams of smoked chicken fillet
50 grams of old grated cheese
Caesar salad dressing

Preparation method:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees hot air.

Cut the bread into small pieces. Melt the Tesmi in a pan. Spread the bread on the parchment paper. Sprinkle the bread with the Tesmi, salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix well.

Place it in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes and let it cool for a while.

Boil 3 eggs in plenty of boiling water with a little salt for 7 to 8 minutes.

Chop the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and chicken breast. Place these in a large bowl. Add the grated cheese. Peel the eggs and chop them as well. Mix everything well and season with Caesar dressing to taste. Then add the Tesmi croutons and toss everything together well.
