2 bagels
100 grams of smoked salmon
5 eggs
100 grams of Tesmi
1 tablespoon lemon
1 tablespoon chives
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation method:
Preheat the oven according to the instructions for preparing the bagels.
Melt the Tesmi in a saucepan.
Put 2 eggs in the blender. Separate the egg yolk from the egg white of 1 egg in a bowl. Add the egg yolk to the 2 eggs in the blender. Add the lemon juice, cayenne pepper, pepper and salt. Then add the melted Tesmi and mix well.
Place the bagels in the oven.
Bring water to the boil in a saucepan. When the water boils, break the shell on the edge of the pan and drop the egg into the boiling water. After 2 to 3 minutes, your poached egg is ready. Scoop it out with a spoon.
Cut the bagel open and place the salmon on the bagel. Place the poached egg on top. Then add the Tesmi Hollandaise sauce. Sprinkle the chives and a little more pepper over it and voila. Delicious eggs Benedicts with a twist!
