Shrimp in garlic with Tesmi (Gambas al Ajillo)

Ingredients:
3 to 4 tablespoons Tesmi
2 tablespoons olive oil
15 grams of parsley
3 or 4 cloves of garlic
8 large peeled shrimps
1 red pepper
Salt and pepper

Preparation method:
Place the saucepan on the stove and melt the Tesmi. Slice the garlic. Deseed the chili pepper and finely chop the pepper and parsley. Once the Tesmi has melted, add the garlic, chili pepper, and olive oil. When the oil begins to simmer, add the shrimp and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. It will be ready after about 6 minutes on the stove.
Meanwhile, slice the baguette. If desired, briefly toast it under a sandwich toaster. This will give the bread a nice grilled edge.
Perfect snack for drinks or a delicious appetizer.
