Baked potato with sour cream

4 medium potatoes
1 teaspoon Tesmi per potato

125 ml sour cream

tablespoon parsley
1 garlic

Preparation method:
First wash the potato with water. Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes in plenty of water. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 degrees above and below heat. Drain the water and pat the potatoes dry.
Tear off a piece of aluminum foil and put 1 potato in it. Add 1 teaspoon of Tesmi and a little salt and pepper. Then squeeze the aluminum foil tightly. Repeat this for the other potatoes. Put the potatoes in an oven dish and put it in the oven for 30 minutes. Do you have large potatoes? Then you can also opt for 1 tablespoon of Tesmi and put them in the oven a little longer.
Chop the garlic into small pieces or use a garlic press. Mix the sour cream, garlic, chives, parsley, pepper and salt together.
When the potatoes are done, cut the potato open in the middle and then put the sour cream in between. Tasty variation tip: Szechuan Crispy Chili oil over the sour cream. You can of course also choose to mix it in the sour cream.
This is also very tasty from the BBQ. In about 10 minutes they are done with the lid on the BBQ.
