Honey Roasted Carrots with Feta and Tesmi

For 3 persons

Ingredients:

600 grams of peeled carrots
2 tablespoons Tesmi
1 tablespoon honey
150 grams of feta
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon dill
Salt and pepper

Materials:

Cutting board
Knife
Frying pan
Garlic press
Oven
Baking paper

Preparation method:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Melt the Tesmi in a skillet. Cut the carrots in half and divide them into equal pieces. Turn off the skillet. Add the carrots to the skillet and toss well to coat them with the Tesmi. Press the garlic into the garlic and add it to the carrots. Toss everything together. Sprinkle the honey, dill, salt, and pepper over the carrots and toss well again.

Place the baking paper on the rack and spread the carrots evenly. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Once the carrots are cooked, crumble the feta over them. Optionally, drizzle the carrots with a little honey.
