Hummus with Tesmi

For 300 grams

Ingredients:

280 grams of chickpeas
2.5 tablespoons tahini
2 cloves of garlic
2.5 tablespoons Tesmi
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste

Preparation method:

Place the chickpeas in a colander and rinse them in plenty of water. Let them drain briefly. Heat a pan on the stove and melt the Tesmi. Then put the chickpeas in a blender with the peeled garlic. Add the Tesmi, tahini, salt, and olive oil. Blend until a smooth hummus forms. If it's too thick and you want it to be even creamier, you can add more olive oil.

Delicious on bread, with drinks, on a pita or with falafel.

You can of course also choose to add less Tesmi to the hummus, but use the Tesmi as a garnish over the hummus.
