Kefir curd with warm banana and date baked in Tesmi
For 3 persons 
Ingredients:
500 ml Organic kefir strained
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
1 ripe banana
12 pitted dates
Pinch of Celtic sea salt
1 teaspoon Tesmi
Materials:
Cutting board
Knife
Frying pan
Mixing bowl
Preparation method:
Place the kefir strained yogurt in a mixing bowl with the vanilla powder and Celtic sea salt. Mix well.
Melt a tablespoon of Tesmi in a frying pan. Slice the banana. Add this to the frying pan along with the dates. Add the cinnamon and mix well.
Place the Vanilla Kefir Hangop in a bowl together with the banana and dates.
