Classic Asparagus with Tesmi Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

500 grams of asparagus
4 to 5 tablespoons Tesmi
3 eggs
10 grams of parsley
150 grams of ham
Nutmeg
Sugar
Salty

Potatoes of your choice

Materials:

Asparagus or high pan

Frying pan

2 Saucepans

Cutting board

Knife

Vegetable peeler

Crimping pliers

Preparation method:

Place 3 eggs in a saucepan and boil them hard or soft-boiled to taste.

Peel the asparagus 3 cm from the head downwards with a peeler. Cut off the hard little piece from the bottom. Put all the peels in the asparagus pan and add some sugar and salt. Add the peeled asparagus to the pan and add plenty of water. Bring the water to the boil and cook the asparagus until they are nice and soft.

Add 4 or 5 tablespoons of Tesmi to a saucepan and let it melt. Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into pieces. Add them to the melted Tesmi. Then cut the parsley and add it to the Tesmi as well. Finally, add a few pinches of nutmeg to taste and mix everything well.

Heat the slices of ham briefly in a frying pan. It is best when they are slightly brown.

Drain the asparagus and place them on the plate with tongs. Place the potatoes and warm ham next to it. Then pour the Tesmi butter sauce over the asparagus and voila; a delicious classic Asparagus with a twist!
