Wok pan

Pan

Sieve

Preparation method:

Prepare the rice in a pan with water. For a flavor variation, you can also add a teaspoon of Tesmi.

Place the chickpeas in a sieve and rinse with plenty of water. Then let them drain briefly.

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat a wok or wok and add 1.5 tablespoons of Tesmi. Add the onion, garlic, and chili pepper and cook until tender. Add the Nandan Masala spices and let it sit briefly. Add the chickpeas and stir well. Let it sit for a few minutes. Season with mango chutney and salt to taste.

Serve the rice with chickpeas on a plate. A variation tip for spicy eaters: add a little more crispy chili oil. If that's too spicy for you, you can deglaze it with a little yogurt or quark.

Enjoy your meal!
