Multigrain bun with Tesmi, chorizo, ricotta, gherkin and sun-dried tomatoes

4 Multigrain country buns (or other of your choice)
Tesmi
100 grams Ricotta
4 pickles
100 grams Chorizo
4 lettuce leaves
Sun-dried tomatoes

Preparation method:

Take the Tesmi out of the fridge the night before, if you keep it cold. If you keep it in the kitchen cupboard, this step is not necessary.

Prepare the bread according to the instructions on the package. While the bread is in the oven, slice the gherkin and thinly slice the sun-dried tomatoes.

When the rolls are ready, cut them in half. Spread the bottom of the bread with Tesmi using a knife. Place the lettuce and chorizo ​​on top. Spread a tablespoon of ricotta on each roll. Finally, place the gherkin and sun-dried tomatoes on top.
