Mussels

Ingredients:
2 kg mussels
180 ml white wine
2 tablespoons tesmi
50 grams of sea asparagus
1 small leek
2 stalks of celery
1 onion
1.5 tablespoons black peppercorns
Parsley
Thyme
Materials:
Large bowl or container
Large soup pot or mussel pan
Cutting board
Preparation method:
Wash the mussels in plenty of water and then let it stand in water. Rinse the water again later and repeat this until you have a nice clear water. Remove all broken shells.
Cut the onion, celery, leek and parsley into pieces.
Put the white wine and peppercorns in a soup pot and bring to the boil. Then add the mussels. On top of that, the vegetables and herbs. Let it cook for 10 minutes. And stir occasionally.
Serve from the pan with fries or a salad on the side. Serve with cocktail sauce, Aioli, mayo, garlic sauce or other sauce of your choice
