Breakfast muffins
6 muffins
Ingredients:
5 eggs
50 ml kefir
2 teaspoons melted
3 spring onions
125 grams of ham cubes
50 grams of grated cheese
Pepper
Salty

Preparation method:
Prepare the oven for 180 degrees. Melt the tablespoons of Tesmi in a saucepan. Take the muffin tin and a pastry brush. Put the pastry brush in the Tesmi and grease the muffin tin well.
Take a mixing bowl and put all the eggs in it. Beat the eggs until a nice smooth mixture. Then add the kefir and the rest of the melted Tesmi and beat the whole thing well again.
Cut the spring onion into rings and add to the mixture. Also add the ham cubes, cheese and salt and pepper. Mix everything together well again.
Then take the muffin tin and divide the mixture over the tins.
Then put it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes. You can possibly turn the muffin over in the last 5 minutes to give it a nice color there too.
You can eat this warm, but it is also very tasty cold. Good to take with you to work for example.
