Falafel bowl with Tesmi rice

For 2 persons

Ingredients:

150 grams of corn
150 grams of julienne carrots
8 radishes
2 baby avocado
2 tomatoes
2 teaspoons crispy chili oil
2 teaspoons mustard caviar
1.5 tablespoons Tesmi
200 grams of rice
6 falafel
2 handfuls of pumpkin seeds

Materials:

Cutting board
Knife
Pan / Rice cooker
Frying pan or oven

Preparation method:

Place the rice in a pot or rice cooker. Wash the rice until the water runs clear and you can see the grains. Do this by adding water and kneading the rice well. Then drain the rice. Repeat these steps several times. Then add water until it reaches a fingertip above the rice. Also add 1.5 tablespoons of Tesmi to the water. Let this simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes. The water should be completely absorbed by the rice, so you don't need to drain anything.

Prepare the falafel according to the package directions. This can be done in an oven or a skillet. Chop the tomato, avocado, and radish. Then drain the corn.

Once the rice is ready, let it sit with the lid on the pan/rice cooker for another 5 minutes. Then divide the rice between two plates and add the falafel, avocado, radish, tomato, carrot, and corn. Add a little crispy chili oil, mustard caviar, and pumpkin seeds for topping.
