Rice with pointed cabbage and minced meat

For 4 people

Ingredients:

300 grams of minced meat
2 tablespoons Tesmi
1 pointed cabbage
Pepper
Salty
400 grams of rice
Optional: 3 garlic cloves

Materials:

Pan/rice cooker
Knife
Cutting board
Wok pan

Preparation method:

Place the rice in a pot or rice cooker. Wash the rice until the water runs clear and you can see the grains. Do this by adding water and kneading the rice well. Then drain the rice. Repeat these steps several times. Then add water until it's about a fingertip above the rice. Optionally, you can also add 1.5 tablespoons of Tesmi to the water. Let this cook for about 15 to 20 minutes. The water should be completely absorbed by the rice, so you don't need to drain anything.

Cut the pointed cabbage into ribbons. Optionally, you can also finely chop 3 garlic cloves.

Melt 1 tablespoon of Tesmi in a pan and add the ground meat (optional, also the garlic). Brown the ground meat until completely browned. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Then add the pointed cabbage and another tablespoon of Tesmi. Mix well.

Serve the rice with ground meat and pointed cabbage. A super simple dish, yet very flavorful.
