Creamy stuffed eggs
8 stuffed eggs.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
20 grams of smoked salmon
1 tablespoon Tesmi
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon chives
1 tablespoon mayo

Preparation method:
Boil the eggs until hard-boiled.
In the meantime, cut the salmon and chives into small pieces. Especially for the salmon, it should be chopped really finely so that it comes out of the piping bag well later.
In the other saucepan, melt the Tesmi.
When the eggs are cooked, shock them in cold water. Then peel the eggs and cut them in half. The hard yolk comes off easily if you carefully run your knife along the edge. Place the egg white on a plate. We will fill this later.
The egg yolk you put in a bowl. Together with the mayo, curry powder, paprika powder, salmon flakes, 2/3 of the chives, pepper, salt and the melted Tesmi. Mix this all well together.
Then take a sandwich bag. Put the mixture in there. Make sure the mixture is well in 1 corner of the sandwich bag. Turn the sandwich bag around a few times so that no more air gets in. Then cut off the tip. Make sure you don't squeeze the bag too much yet. Then fill the eggs with the delicious mixture.
Garnish the remaining chives over the eggs.
