Turkish Eggs with Tesmi

Ingredients:

Ciabatta or Turkish bread

150 grams Greek Yogurt

1 or 2 eggs

Salty

1 clove of garlic

Lemon peel

2 tablespoons Tesmi

1 teaspoon Berbere

5 grams of dill

Materials:

Preparation method:

Preheat the oven and bake your ciabatta or Turkish bread in it.

Fill a saucepan with water and a little salt. Boil the eggs to your own taste; hard- or soft-boiled.

Take a bowl and put three large scoops of Greek Yogurt in it . Grate the garlic and add the salt. Grate the peel of a lemon and add the dill. Mix everything well together.

Take a plate and spoon the Greek Yogurt on it. Peel the eggs and cut them in half. Place the eggs on the yogurt.

Place a small pan on the stove with the Tesmi. Add the berbere and mix well. Pour the Tesmi over the eggs.

Serve with bread and enjoy!
