Vegetarian Leek Dish

Ingredients:
800 grams of potato slices
750 grams of leek a la crème
150 grams of grated cheese
2 tablespoons Tesmi

Preparation method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the baking dish well with Tesmi.
Defrost the leek à la crème in a pan with a little Tesmi. Once the leek is completely defrosted, start with a layer of potato slices in the oven dish . Spread the leek over it and then place another layer of potato slices on top. Repeat this until all the ingredients are used up.
Sprinkle the cheese over the casserole and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
Let it cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
