Carrot cake muffins
10 muffins
Ingredients:

- 3 large carrots
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 10 pitted dates
- 2 tablespoons Tesmi
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Handful of pecan nuts
Materials:
- Oven
- Grate
- Come
- Fork or whisk
- Hand blender or blender
- Muffin tin
Preparation method:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (top and bottom heat).
- Grate the carrots.
- Place all remaining ingredients, except the pecans, in a blender.
- Take a knife and chop the pecans into small pieces.
- Mix the batter with the carrots well.
- Grease the muffin tin. Divide the mixture over the muffin tin and add the pecans on top of the mixture.
- Place the muffins in the oven for 20 minutes.
